  2. Together we set up OKRs and a regular reporting process. There is at least one round of feedback after the first month and after the last month.
  3. We provide the experts with best practices and guidance to ensure a smooth start in your company. We offer a first evaluation after 2 weeks to see if your needs are met. If not we will find you a replacement immediately.

How do I find the right candidate?

We’ll start with a project brief, building the foundation for finding the right candidate. Here, you’ll define precisely what your requirements are, allowing us to find the right expert for you. Based on the brief and a first introduction call, we’ll select a few suitable candidates for you to consider before starting the interview process. We’ll involve you step by step once the candidate has passed our initial screening and interviews. You give us  the green light on who you’d like to hire — and whether you want to decide solely based on CV and our recommendations, or if you want to have a personal interview (our preferred option!).

How do I know if a person has the experience for the role?

We get a good understanding of your role requirements and the required experience through your brief and introductory phone call. With many years of hiring experience, we have developed a solid process that allows us to find the right matches between experts and maternity leave roles.

How do I make sure the candidate is a cultural fit for my team?

Through your involvement in the hiring process, ideally through a personal interview, you can get a first-hand feeling about whether the candidate is a good fit for your team. If the candidate you hire turns out to not be a good fit after all, then we will find a suitable alternative immediately at no extra cost.

What kind of contract will be offered?

We are committed to reducing additional administrative tasks from the start to the end of the contract. As our client, you enter into a contract with Zenhire, so you don’t need to create a contract with the candidate you hire. If desired, you can sign an additional NDA with the candidate.

Do I need to offer extra employee benefits?

No, you do not need to offer any extra employee benefits, that’s what makes hiring with Zenhire so super easy!

How does onboarding work?

Both the new candidate and you work together to make the maternity leave coverage a success. While we brief your new hire with best practices, you can facilitate the project start as you’d normally do for your regular new hires: Making sure they have the internal resources to do their work, granting access to information, accounts, tools, etc. needed to execute the job — and, of course, welcoming them to your team and new coworkers.

What are OKRs and how do they help evaluate performance?

OKRs stand for objectives and key results. In other words, they're a goal-setting framework that help pave the path to success — for both you and the new hire. We support you in setting OKRS with the candidate which, when clearly defined, help you to evaluate his/her performance.

How does invoicing work?

Quite simply: We pay your candidate and you'll receive an invoice from us each month.

What if we’re not happy with the candidate?

Part of the hiring and onboarding process is the agreement on OKRs and a general way of working together that aligns with your company. Through your interactions and monthly feedback sessions, any undesirable developments or other issues should be communicated and resolved at an early stage with the candidate. If a problem still continues after, please contact us and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

Is our confidential data secure?

Confidentiality is very important to us, and we only share company information with experts once you have confirmed the candidate for your project and give explicit consent to proceed in the process. All experts are contractually bound to confidentiality when working with Zenhire. If desired, you can sign an additional NDA between you and the candidate at any time. Likewise, personal information about the candidate will also be shared with you only upon his consent.

Can a replacement leave the contract without notice?

Any expert engaging in a project with you via Zenhire is contractually bound to the project for as long as the project duration is set. The candidate can, of course, cancel the contract before the end date with a notice period of one month. This will give you and us enough time to find a suitable replacement.

Continuous Collaboration

Can we hire the temporary employee after the contract is finished?

Yes you can hire the marketing expert at the end of the project. We collect a low fixed commission fee of 7.500 EUR. Many other providers ask for 20-25% of the annual year salary.
